Sorry, another beer. I've wanted to go through my "winter" beers before I bought some lighter more summer-y styles. I bought the trichotomy set from the Vintage Cellar, so I have two more to finish. Definitely a lot of spices noted. It had a warm, almost cider smell on the nose. Nice warm color and good body overall. I liked, but not for a warm spring day like I had. I didn't try this with food, so I would like to try it with a nice winter-y comfort food dinner. I really like this kind of flavorful beer. I want something with some complexity, so I definitely was a fan. Again, stupid me didn't take a picture before it went out for recycling. Here is one I found online.
