Shop/wine critic/winery review:
Pale yellow.
High-pitched aromas of lemon zest and white flowers, with a piquant mineral
overtone. Dry, racy and focused, offering tangy lemon zest and green
apple flavors and a touch of bitter herbs. Closes with good clarity and
cut, leaving a tart citrus fruit note behind. This is pretty grown-up for
the price, not to mention a superb value.
Your Review:
It had the citrus nose of a cleaning spray, like a lemon lysol or something. Not in an artificial lemon sort of way, but that clean, almost mineral smell. It was a dry white, that tasted a bit like a Vino Verde. I did note some tang, again going along with that lemon taste. Not bad overall, and would probably pair better with food. I don't know if I could drink a full glass.
