Fresh and juice, with fresh-cut apple and gooseberry flavors that feature notes of citrus and light spice on the finish. The name "Lagosta" means "lobster," and this would be a great seafood accompaniment.

Definitely "sippable." Something I could enjoy drinking with food or standalone. Definitely best for use with lighter meals. Maybe was able to taste some apple, but that was about it. Good introductory wine, and would definitely drink it again. I even had a friend in the class who brought it to a get together later that night.
